The last time, before today, that I weighed in was on February 23rd. I'd gotten a bit off track. Slipped a little bit. I went to my regular WW meeting this AM and had gained +5 pounds. Not as bad as I had thought it would be.
I'm back on track and counting points. I've been back with my trainer, Kim Gowen, for the past few weeks. This truly is a lifestyle change and I'm going to have some ups and downs. It's all good!
One of the girls today was talking about a spin class she has been taking. Kim also suggested this to me. Think I may try it out!
